These stitch markers for crochet are made with various shapes of millefiori bead.
They are made with sturdy, easy to open, lobster clasps and personally I would use them for most yarns that are aran/worsted (US weight 4) and above up to beyond super chunky/bulky (US weight 6), but the important thing to know is that the lobster clasps are 16mm length.
Otherwise they also make great purse/bag charms or zip pulls.
